To a nice quaint place that uses charcoal to cook their burgers; we found it most excellent. With my double cheeseburger having the delicious flavor of being cooked on the grill. To the wonderful fried fish and onion rings.. I was pleased to enjoy this experience. For myself, the pure simplicity and the flavor of the burger is what I needed. The chili on the fries was wonderful as well. My only takeaway, was not having more soda options. We do however, will look forward to returning again.
If you are traveling through Wichita and looking for a good burger this is the place! All Burgers are made to order. I’m hoping that I get to return this summer! I got the Chili Cheeseburger - definitely delicious! Highly recommend giving this place a try!
Fan - tasting- tastic I had the special burger, untie your shoes cuz it knocked my socks off. We smelled the grill when we came in. The girl taking our order was super sweet to us. This little burger place rocks.
Just in town to DJ reception @ Exploration Place, have a couple hours before kicks off...son Googled this off the beaten path place to eat lunch. Good flavor - as pricey as any other burger place nowadays, and the have many other options too! Maybe a few more fries would be nice for the price?
Do yourself a favor and try these burgs out! Best burgers in town. Patty's have such a good charcoal flavor to them. Battered fries are the best kind of fries and of course they serve them here. Onion rings are good and cleanly fried.
First time visit. Ordered double chili cheeseburger and fries. My fellow gueat also ordered a cheeseburger. Both came out fantastic. Would definately come back. Many tables with seating for 4.
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I have previously had their food at a fundraiser where they were the caterers. Food at the fundraiser was amazing and today was no different. I ordered the ribeye special. Steak was perfectly cooked, and seasoned, as were the vegetables. Neither required a sauce of any kind to make it more palatable. (My opinion on steaks is if it requires A1 or similar sauce it isn't a good steak.) The staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable for what came with my meal. (Seasoned veggies, and homemade mashed potatoes.) I look forward to going there again and trying the hamburgers!
The flavor of the burgers here was top notch. Huge size cooked perfectly and for the price it's hard to beat, I'd say best burger in Wichita I've tried. I ate half the next day and it tasted just as good as the day before. The hot link on there was smack I definitely recommend. We got fries, and onion rings which were beer battered, I thought the portions were a little small but they were delicious. The oil they are using is clean you can taste the quality in their food here. We got a stuffed pablano and it needed some salt but it was good on the burger. We tried their chili on the side and it had a good flavor I would try it in my burger next time. Overall good experience thank you guys for having us.
